General Information
The duration of study, each semester is 16 weeks.
After every semester the Board Examination is conducted as per the scheme. A continuous internal evaluation
is also performed.
A candidate will be eligible for the award of
diploma only if he/she undergoes the prescribed course and successfully completes it within the stipulated
duration.
During the period of study students are eligible for
award of scholarship from the Government of Tamil Nadu based on the prescribed criteria of selection.
A number of medals & prizes are awarded to the
meritorious students for excelling in academics and also to the winners in annual competitions held in
co-curricular, extra- curricular and sports & games events.

ADMISSION POLICY
LATERAL ENTRY Candidates who have passed +2 (both academic & vocational) / ITI pass and (2 Years ITI) will be admitted directly to 2 year of Diploma course. They should have studied Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry. Candidates who have studied commerce subjects are not eligible for Diploma course. Age Limit : No Age Limit

Refund cases In the event of a student withdrawing before the starting of the Course, the entire fee collected from the student, after a deduction of the processing fee of not more than Rs.1000/ - (Rupees One thousand only) shall be refunded by the Institution. It would not be permissible for Institutions to retain the School/ Institution Leaving Certificates in original. Should a student leave after joining the Course and if the vacated seat is consequently filled by another student by the last date of admission, the Institution will refund the fee collected after a deduction of the processing fee of not more than Rs.1000/ - (Rupees One thousand only) and proportionate deductions of monthly fee and proportionate hostel rent, where applicable. In case the vacated seat is not filled, the Institution will refund the security deposit and return the original documents. Institution will not demand fee for the subsequent years from the students cancelling their admission at any point of time. Fee refund along with the return of Certificates will be completed within 7 days.
